Super Jeopardy (1990) - Last Game of the Week...

This program comes on just after Beat the Clock, Sunday Night (Hour) at 11:30pm. This week's Game of the Week is the 1990 Tournament of Super Jeopardy. Not at all what I had expected, I expected a B&W MG-BT (Black and White, Mark Goodson - Bill Todman) show. You know what I mean, a really great classic to end off the final Show for Sunday Night (Hour)'s Black and White. Jeopardy is a good show and all, but anyways, you know what I mean... There you can find funny outtakes that made it to the air on different classic shows. (Check out Saturday Night's Program lineup just below to find out what's on the block for tonight! And the "Sunday Night (Hour) in Black & White" this week is "I've Got A Secret" at 10:00pm Eastern. The Special Guest is Ed Sullivan, and moderator is Garry Moore. This episode of "I've Got A Secret" originally aired on February 2nd,1955. At 10:30pm Eastern is "Beat the Clock", and the host is Bud Collyer. This episode of "Beat the Clock" is one not to be missed. The hat and the wigs stunt is still on, and there's $2800.00 up for grabs! Also tune in Sunday Night at 11:30pm Eastern for "The Joker's Wild!" Our plaid suited contestant has unfortunately lost this round. However, he's beaten the record for the highest winner during the existance of the show. He won over $38,000 of cash and prizes. 2 New cars, and lots of trips and lots of luggage! Last week the extremely unlikely has happened, a stupid topic came one the board for this game, and it was called "Fast Forward Spelling"! The contestant could continue to earn points as long as he/she wanted and they can stop at any time, however, if they mispell a word, they lose all the accumulated money they've earned. The game started off great for our champion. The challenger missed the question and lost $200, Mr. Plaid suit picked up the $200.00 and also picked up $100 of his own. So he was up $300.00 to nothing. The next round she got another "Fast Forward Spelling" and went as far as she could with it. (She was an English teacher) She stopped at $600, and our champion had to match the $600. He was only able to make it to $450 and the game was won, however, there was a joker on the board, so he switched it for a "Fast Forward Spelling" and was able to continue to answer the questions, and for the $600.00 tie, he had to spell the name of the city. He was very confident that he knew what it was! He spelled it, and was happy, however, he had mispelled one letter from an "A" to an "E" and that's how it ended up... This contestant had been on 5 episodes, and won over 11 games, and you'd recognize him with his plaid suit. The game is still good, and the devil is still up on the board. So remember to stay tuned and watch that show Sunday Night at 11:30pm, only on Game Show Network. And that's it for today's update...

Last week the extremely unlikely has happened, and the suit is getting more and more lucky as the weeks go on! This contestant has already been on 4 episodes, and won over 9 games, and you'll recognize him with his plaid suit. When the episode ended last week, the champion was behind, and his turn is coming up soon, and in order to retain championship, he must get a pair and get the question right. Stranger things have happened, such as two weeks ago when it was his turn up next, and the only way to win would be to get 3 Jokers, and just at that moment, one.... two... three... He got three jokers, he chose an easy question, and he won his 8th game!!! So stay tuned to see if he wins again this Sunday Night! He's already won over $32,000 and he's mere dollars away from beating the all-time record in this game! So remember to stay tuned and watch that show Sunday Night at 11:30pm, only on Game Show Network. And that's it for today's update...

Game Show Network News Announcement!!!

This Saturday GSN is going to have another Marathon of "Game Show Saturday Night". It's a marathon of Match Game! Check out the "Saturday Night Schedule below for details on the shows that will air!!! Stay tuned to find out what next week's Saturday Night Marathon is. Next in the GSN News, Sunday Night (Hour) in Black & White's programs for tonight will be "What's My Line? " at 10:00pm and "Password" at 10:30pm Eastern for this huge one hour long Sunday Night (Hour) in Black & White... Also starting this past week was the long lost original episodes of "The Jokers Wild", CBS 1972 version. GSN is airing these episodes at 11:00am and 3:00pm Eastern weekdays only on Game Show Network. Also, a new Game Show Network "Original" came on the air this past week. "DJ Games". No host, no audience and no panel. This show is exactly what the name says. A camera visits different radio stations and films their contests that they have, such as to see how much people will drink before they explode, and the winner will win concert tickets... Quite ammusing. This show is more fun to watch than 3's a Crowd, or Newlywed Game. So I have to say that this show is not a total waste of space. However, it's not a Game Show, and so I don't see why it's on "Game Show Network"... Ah well.. And finally starting Monday, December 11th, 2000, 2 Newlywed Games, $100,000 Pyramid and Family Feud will be reorganized from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in order to make room for a show that the idea alone shoots down my slight change of heart to Game Show Network's recent program changes. "Lovers Lounge is the name, and it's 2 hours of Primetime afternoon viewing swallowed up by: Newlywed Game, 3's a Crowd and Dating Game. Game Show Network has done some reorganizing, and since The Newlywed Game is already the majority of this 2 hour daily program, it has not been relocated (Thank You!) The $100,000 Pyramid can now be seen at 6:00pm Eastern weekdays, and Family Feud, 1979-1980 episodes can only be seen in the mornings at 8:00am and 12:00pm. Other Family Feud episodes can still be seen at 8:30pm, 10:00pm and 12:30am. So Family Feud can now only be seen 5 times daily, and Newlywed Game only 6 times daily. And that's it for this update.

My Game of the Week:
Beat the Clock (1950's version) - (OFF AIR)

This program comes on before GSN's Game of the week, Sunday Night (Hour) at 11:00pm, replacing The original Price is Right until contract negotiations continue for the rights to TPIR Reruns return. Click here for the Full Review about my Game of the Week.

GSN's Game of the Week:
Super Jeopardy (1990) - Last Game of the Week...

This program comes on just after Beat the Clock, Sunday Night (Hour) at 11:30pm. This week's Game of the Week is the 1990 Tournament of Super Jeopardy. Not at all what I had expected, I expected a B&W MG-BT (Black and White, Mark Goodson - Bill Todman) show. You know what I mean, a really great classic to end off the final Show for Sunday Night (Hour)'s Black and White. Jeopardy is a good show and all, but anyways, you know what I mean...
